BUYER: The natural person who orders a product/service through mevvsoft.com or mevvshop.com.

Article 2 — Subject

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the BUYER through the website.

Article 3 — Product/Service Information

The basic characteristics, sale price (including taxes), payment method and delivery method of the product/service are displayed on the relevant product/service page and confirmed by electronic mail/invoice at the time of order. The SELLER may correct technical/pricing errors on the site and inform the BUYER.

Article 4 — General Provisions

• The BUYER declares that he/she has read and understood the basic characteristics of the product/service, pricing, payment and delivery information before placing the order.
• The SELLER may request identity and payment verification from the BUYER where necessary.
• The product/service is delivered via the method chosen by the BUYER (digital download, e-mail, license key, SaaS access, or physical shipment where applicable).
• For digital products delivered instantly (license keys, instant downloads), the BUYER is deemed to have consented to immediate performance and waives the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts Art. 15/1(g).

Article 5 — Payment and Delivery

Payments are made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer or other payment methods offered on the platform. Credit card data is not stored by the SELLER; transactions are processed through secure payment providers (e.g. Isbank NestPay). The product/service is delivered upon confirmation of payment.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, by notifying the SELLER. Exceptions where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are listed in Article 15 of the Regulation (e.g. digital content delivered with explicit consent, customized software, consumable licenses).

Article 7 — Defective Goods/Services

If the delivered product/service is defective, the BUYER may exercise the rights provided under the Turkish Code of Obligations and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal) within the legal periods.

Article 8 — Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data of the BUYER is processed in accordance with KVKK Law No. 6698. Details are set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law. For consumer complaints below the monetary threshold set annually, Kadıköy Consumer Arbitration Committee is authorized. Above the threshold, Istanbul Consumer Court has jurisdiction.
