Right of Withdrawal Notice

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts ("Yönetmelik"), the BUYER/CONSUMER may, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product/service. For services, the 14-day period starts from the date of contract execution.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Mev E-Ticaret Limited Şirketi in writing (by registered mail, e-mail or other durable medium) before the expiry of the 14-day period.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

• Upon withdrawal, the SELLER refunds all payments received, including delivery charges, within 14 days at the latest.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Consumer.
• For tangible products, the Consumer must return the product within 10 days from sending the withdrawal notice.
• The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Exceptions — Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Goods/services whose price is dependent on financial market fluctuations beyond the SELLER's control;
• Personalized/custom-made goods or services;
• Perishable goods or goods with short expiry dates;
• <strong>Digital content supplied instantly</strong> with the explicit consent of the Consumer before the withdrawal period ends (e.g. license keys, instant downloads, SaaS access activated);
• Sealed audio/video/software packages opened after delivery;
• Newspapers, magazines, periodicals;
• Services already fully performed with the Consumer's prior explicit consent;
• Software, SaaS subscriptions, custom development services activated or downloaded.
