Privacy Policy — Exit Lane

Applicable to: This policy applies to the mobile games "Exit Lane: Car Parking Jam" (Free) and "Exit Lane: Car Parking Jam+" (paid iOS/Android Plus; Apple Arcade application evaluated separately), including iPadOS. For our website and SaaS products, see the Website Privacy Policy / KVKK.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data you provide

• Display name — optional nickname used only on the weekly leaderboard. Default is "Player" if you leave it empty.
• Support correspondence — if you e-mail us, we keep your message and reply address to resolve your request.
• In-app purchases (Free only) — processed by Google Play Billing and Apple App Store; we never see or store your full payment instrument. Plus has no in-app purchases.

2.2 Data collected automatically

• Game progress & cloud save — levels completed, coins, boosters, win streak and settings are stored locally and synced to our servers under an anonymous device identifier + secret pair (see §4). No e-mail, name or account is attached to this record.
• Leaderboard data — your display name, weekly level-clear score, and an anonymous device identifier so we can rank players and show your position.
• Device & usage data (Free only, via ad and analytics partners) — approximate location (country/region, derived from IP), device model, OS version, language, app version, advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA where permitted), crash reports and aggregate usage statistics. Plus contains no advertising SDK or advertising identifier permission. See §5 for details.
• Device-link codes — when you transfer progress to a new device, a 6-digit code is generated and kept for at most 10 minutes, then deleted.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate and improve Exit Lane (gameplay, cloud save, leaderboard, daily rewards, wonder wheel, win streak);
• Restore your progress across devices via device-link codes;
• In Free only, serve and measure advertising (including rewarded ads) through Google AdMob and its certified ad networks;
• In Free only, process in-app purchases via Google Play Billing and Apple App Store;
• Analyze aggregate gameplay and detect/prevent fraud, cheating or abuse of the leaderboard/cloud save;
• Diagnose crashes and performance issues;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Cloud Save & Account Model

Exit Lane does not require you to create an account with an e-mail address or social login. On first launch the app generates a random, anonymous device identifier and a long secret token. Your game progress is stored under this pair. You may transfer the pair to another device using a short 6-digit link code (valid 10 minutes). The pair is the only credential that proves ownership of a save; keep it private. We do not link the identifier to your real identity.

5. Third-Party Services

Exit Lane Free integrates the following third-party services. Exit Lane+ build 6 contains no AdMob, RevenueCat, advertising-ID permission, ATT prompt or in-app-purchase framework; anonymous cloud and optional platform game services remain available.

• Google AdMob — advertising SDK. May collect Android Advertising ID, coarse location (country), device info, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. Uses an advertising identifier to personalize ads where permitted. Subject to Google Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — subscription & in-app purchase management. Receives an anonymous app user ID, store product identifiers, and purchase/entitlement status to unlock purchases. Does not receive your payment details. Subject to RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — process payments for in-app purchases. Mevvsoft does not receive your card or full payment instrument.
• Google Play Games / Apple Game Center — (when enabled) provide leaderboards and achievements via your OS-level game account; you control this connection from device settings.

6. Advertising & Tracking (IDFA / Advertising ID)

In Free on iOS, Exit Lane follows Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework: we only access the IDFA for advertising purposes after you explicitly grant permission via the system prompt. In Free on Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Exit Lane+ does not request ATT, access an advertising identifier, show ads or track users.

7. Legal Basis (GDPR / KVKK)

• Consent — advertising identifier use, ATT prompts and optional display name;
• Contract performance — providing the game, cloud save, leaderboard and purchases you requested;
• Legitimate interests — fraud and cheating prevention, crash diagnostics, aggregate product analytics;
• Legal obligation — tax/record-keeping where required by law.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party processors listed in §5 (to operate ads, purchases, analytics and crash reporting), our hosting provider, and with public authorities where required by law.

9. Data Retention

• Cloud save & leaderboard records — kept while your anonymous device is active; deleted after 24 months of inactivity, or on request (see §11).
• Device-link codes — deleted after at most 10 minutes.
• Free purchase records — retained as long as required by tax/commerce laws. Plus has no in-app purchases.

10. Children

Exit Lane is directed to a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, KVKK Art. 11, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, port or delete your personal data;
• Withdraw consent for advertising identifier use and personalized ads at any time (device settings);
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g. KVKK Board in Türkiye).

To exercise these rights, e-mail iletisim@mevvsoft.com with the subject "Exit Lane — Data Request". To help us locate your record, include your in-game device identifier (available in the app's Settings → Cloud / Help screen) or a 6-digit link code you generate from the same screen. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.

12. Security

Cloud save traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Server credentials are stored as hashed secrets, never in plain text. We limit access to production data to authorized personnel only. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable industry measures.

13. International Transfers

Your data may be processed by the third-party providers in §5 on servers located outside your country (including the EU/EEA, UK, USA and Türkiye). Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or your explicit consent.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
